Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. The COVID pandemic has taken us, and the whole world, by surprise. While the uncertainty around our business has increased, we are doing our best to provide clarity on how we address and react to the situation through the lens of People Health, Machine Health, and Business Health - in this order. Another guiding principle we had is to do everything in our power to keep the whole team together through these harrowing times. Following this course, our first decisions have been to reduce expenses across the organization rather than reduce headcount. If we were unable to provide enough clarity on our thinking, or you feel that certain actions were unnecessary - I welcome an open conversation to better understand your thoughts and see how we can improve in the future. If you’re open to it please reach out directly to me or, if you prefer your feedback to remain anonymous, to any member of the People team. Saar

Only for the most cut throat

Pros

Was a high paying role until they cut everyone making decent money.

Cons

Augury taught me that when a company continually uses slogans like “people first” and discusses their investment in diverse hiring it is definitely because they don’t believe any of that and actively do the opposite. In my time with the company I witnessed several absolutely cutthroat layoffs and replacements, from firing someone for performance just weeks after hiring, promoting female employees into roles with impossible quotas, and eliminating someone’s role while they were on parental leave. While I respect the decision to choose profits over people, it’s too bad they market themselves as doing the opposite.

Pros

Really great idea and potentially huge market. Good people.

Cons

Company is just an idea. Product doesn't work. No leadership, management, or training to speak of. Split culture in US and Israel that leads to low to no productivity. Has been around since 2011 and still no viable product.
