      Some nice people, but overall meh

      - Fully distributed - Good salary for low income countries - Home office allowance - Company travel

      Cons

      - Low(1-3%) increments, every 2 years or so - The values advertised publicly don't match what goes on inside - There are good people in there, but the leadership is kinda apathetic towards marginalized people - Very strong cishet-white-man-bro-code culture - No career growth for ICs - Concerns raised by marginalized people/women/queer/ND people are not heard.

      The CEO and his sense of self importance Absolute lack of rationals. Unskilled people and the so called architects call the shots on things they have no clue about Chaos rules No division lead has the spine to stand up to the CEO, forget a spine, they hardly ask a clarifying question to fully understand what he is asking The Worst possible systems team with the rudest people Some people just yap, yap and yap and don't work. Non Engineers do this mostly.

      - Remote work - Flexible time off - Comp is decent for certain parts of the world.

      Cons

      - Constant layoffs - Positive feedback is marked as inflated, negative feedback leads to PIPs so there is no psychological safety. - No learning, tech stack is ancient, and the system team doesn't allow adoption of newer tech stacks for anything. - Legal battles are a priority instead of engineering excellence.
