Pros
Very talented group of employees - in all parts of the Company. New generation of Print MIS software is creating many new opportunities as well as some challenges that need to be addressed. Will put Company in position for next generation of success. Opening up for business in Europe, after 30+ years in Canada and US.
Cons
About 1/3 staff works virtual. Need to find ways to feel connected. Everyone is very, very busy. Anything is possible, but not everything can be done.
