Management is not experienced enough for hiring and managing developers. Increment is like peanuts. Micromanagement. No set processes even though it's an established enterprise.

Not at process oriented From day one itself management will through you infront of the clients and pending issues. They are so desperate they will immediately mail your personal number to all their clients and from day one itself you will start getting hundreds of calls. They will not even wait for CUG number to come. They will give you 2 days off but on weekends also you have to sit with your laptop and have to attend hundreds of calls. Not a great place to work. Zero support from higher management. They will not even answer your calls.
