Pros
Axial is small but nimble. Everyone is always working to figure out the best way to approach the market and provide the best product to the customer. They have done this by listening to the market and their customers. Products have always been driven to exceed customer expectations. The company fosters a level of employee engagement so that everyone is encouraged to share and provide ways in which to make the company a better place.
Cons
Axial has to be remain true to its roots and not be lured by "shinny objects".
