For me, it has been the best company to work with till Date. As a part of team, I have multiple opportunity to create , learn and grow. Also core principle help to grow as better professional .

Cons

Most of work require experienced professional and go-getter attitude. For freshers and novice , this require additional efforts to be productive. On-job training is not part of regular procedure.

Pros

Work culture is great at Ayoconnect and being a start up they have managed well to maintain an organised structure for planning and development of the projects. Process oriented and goal oriented. They have a great vision to grow the company in the right direction. Much to learn and grow from a developer’s perspective as well.

Cons

Work load might be high at times and hard deadlines to meet. But there is constant support from the team which makes it better.

- AyoConnect Founder Chiragh Kirpalani is one of the best leaders you can get a chance to work with. - Remote work

- CTO is a good person but he won't let you ahead of him if you're really good in your domain. Be it product management, project management, security/fraud implementation, or module-lead. - Indian management team never wants employees to connect with the Indonesian management team for anything. - Indian office culture is not good. CTO is not able to manage the politics. - Don't trust if they're hiring you offering a high package in the Engineering team. They will hire someone else in the next 3 months in less package & then will replace you by giving some vague reason.

best reputed open finance and growing fastly organization, also provide lost of facilities to employee like WFH and health and fitness etc. provide learning and development programs and frequenty team building activities, its a best organization to work and growth in career also provide support to put your ides in front of. flexible hours and transperency between manger and employee. salary and other benefit are good.
