- warm and welcoming on your first day - friendly and supportive colleagues
Cons
- no work-life boundaries (consistent demand for tasks even on your designated rest day and holidays) - wrong computation of payroll (difficult to comprehend and to file into their system) - job description suddenly changed after the hiring process - ineffective communication - you will feel undervalued for your contributions within the company - employee benefits are not competitive
