      - You get to design and make decisions without too much of interference. - Work as much or as little as you want

      Cons

      - Eng team is generally not good. You wont get mentorship, wont get exposed to best practices, or generally good engineering. - Comp is generally very much on the lower end. - You ll be working on what your peers in the top companies have worked on a few years ago.
