      Pros

      I've worked for BG Development Group since February 2011. Richard Grandy has built a fantastic company to work for, even after a very rough start during the 2008 real estate crash. The business model, properties, and customer service have continued to improve year after year. I am currently an employee and hope to be able to retire from BG Development Group.

      Cons

      I haven't been able to talk Richard into buying us all company Range Rovers yet.

      Pros

      Nice respectful environment to work in. Everyone is professional with a good attitude. There is a a-lot of planning involved everyday and the whole team Makes a great effort to keep everyone on track!

      Mr. Richard Grandy is a 41 year old successful business man that shares his knowledge with others to become just as successful as himself. I have learned how to make peoples dreams come true of being land owners and that is rewarding in itself.
