Pros
- BMC is a fairly flexible workplace with opportunities to work from home on a regular basis - Overall pay package in line with the market - Global company, providing opportunities to work on the same project / product with people from different countries
Cons
- Career progression can be limited - really only possible in a few locations (India, US, Israel) - Frequent management reshuffles with no real change - Cost cutting tends to be applied to wrong things - travel IS important when working with people in several locations in order to keep in contact
