I worked at BT Financial Group full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Some of the people you work with are inspiring , can work from home on occasion , pay is ok.

    Cons

Soul destroying , all that matters is targets and making money , people are too afraid to even take sick leave for stress, being around people who would eat their own young for a promotion , it’s not about the customer but what we can get from the customer mentality it’s definitely a company for only certain types of people.
