      Pros

      Their ultimate mission is a worthwhile cause They provide all new workers with a new Apple Air laptop They have a training budget*

      Cons

      Leadership are Bullies Toxic Environment for Parents Poor HR support Lack of transparency of Membership to Corporate Partners A Job board system that is simply not effective Archaic policies (seriously need to be updated) Poor Sales Structure 0 Growth Mindset Poor Salary Package Immense workload Subordinate Culture Peer to Peer training (not effective)

      Pros

      - Work with big clients - Can learn a lot in a startup culture as you wear a lot of hats - Team lunches provided

      Cons

      - Very overstretched, often burnt-out team. Not enough staff to cover the workload and then cuts are made - Lack of support from senior management, who aim for too much and don't focus on refining the right services / products

      Pros

      The business gives people a lot of autonomy which is great for people that perform. It’s an exciting job as everyday is different. The global expansion has been incredible and it’s nice to be a part of it.

      Cons

      There is a huge difference between those that are performing and those that are not. The company needs to ensure that everyone is performing otherwise the high performers can feel like they are picking up all the slack.
