The pay is awful The rest of the company tend to completely forget Scotland exist, so many comms sent out only referencing to stuff relevant to England - it's very tiring The rest of the company constantly praised on goals that are pretty mediocre whereas we're doing really great things with hardly any recognition The higher-ups tend to restructure a lot and it never seems to make sense, as if they made up a new executive title and given someone a load of cash for no real reason Colleagues in England tend to pass the buck quite a bit and the team structures and managers are confusing and can be unhelpful Takes far too long for any change, everything needs to go through however many levels of execs for silly reasons just to get a pretty underwhelming response After a year or so cost of living crisis the "pay rise" for those under 30k was a measly £1500 tacked on to their yearly income.... and not even given in one go, they gave £1k then 6 months later £500? Those under 30k who'll be feeling the cost the most get BARELY even 2% when the cost of living has risen approximately 11%
