      Great Company

      Pros

      The CEO genuinely cares about the company and its employees which is felt throughout the levels of the company. It’s still a business but as far as corporate America goes you’d be hard pressed to find a place that cares about you as a person more than Basis.

      Cons

      Agency-style work so if that’s not your speed then you may quickly burn out. If you don’t mind balancing requests from clients and internal teams then you’ll do great.

      Pros

      Working at Basis has been incredible. The company's consistent growth each year is a testament to its success and vision. Leadership's transparency about the company's direction is impressive and inspiring. I feel genuinely supported by my managers, who are dedicated to helping me succeed in my career path. Moreover, I am fortunate to work alongside such intelligent and talented colleagues. This combination of growth, support, and an amazing team makes Basis an exceptional place to work.

      Cons

      There are very few (if any) cons to working at Basis. In the past, work-life balance was an obstacle, but this has significantly improved over the past few years. The company has introduced more flexibility, including perks like Summer Fridays, which have made a positive impact. However, continued efforts to enhance work-life balance and flexibility would be beneficial in maintaining a healthy and productive work environment.
