      As a new joiner, my experience has been positive so far and i have not encountered any significant challenges yet.

      Supportive teammates and flexible work culture

      Pros

      I have joined Baxter on 14th April 2026. During the recruitment and onboarding I had an amazing experience. All my requests were accommodated by the HRs. After joining I have felt like home as all my fellow teammates have been very supportive and helpful. Good Work culture and working hours flexibility is the major pros I would say.
