Only work from home. Only freshers can work salary less .
Cons
Very stress full. We need to talk continuously which gives throat infections. Micro management. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE. U feel like u r sales person not a doctor. No respect for u. Odd timings you can't plan to go out because of these timings very difficult for female doctors who has children. NO WEEKEND. Only one week day off. How much ever u work all the time they say still need to be done . After 2 months of this job u definitely feel too much STRESS. Most of the people got migraine because of this job. We have to advise all products as per their protocol. If not they will put into in your quality issue. Worst Director.
