      Pros

      Wonderful office spaces in great locations.

      Cons

      Beacon Captial is an extremely homogenous environment. In this space, diversity and inclusion are nothing more than windowing dressing. As a result, microaggressions are frequent, strong, and very much tolerated.

      Pros

      Free lunches though limited menu choices. Downtown Boston easy commute options (Red, Green, Orange and Blue. Accessible).

      Cons

      Only SOME of the staff are friendly. Like ALL LLC'S, business is run like an old-world fiefdom of feudalism. You don't know what loyalties anyone has and the knife in your back could from anywhere. The CIO is the WORST "person" EVER. Very favoritist! The more oppulent office section is off-limits to those not wanted.
