      Wonderful office spaces in great locations.

      Cons

      Beacon Captial is an extremely homogenous environment. In this space, diversity and inclusion are nothing more than windowing dressing. As a result, microaggressions are frequent, strong, and very much tolerated.

      We are a family. Employees are taken care of and respected. Good benefits packages.

      Pay (while good) is a little on the lower end of livable for my city.
