There is nothing goods except branding, pathetic work culture, No work life balance, COO have the habit to poke his nose everywhere in-spite of knowing nothing. Baisness , senior Management of Motherson behaves like Silent audience.

Excellent place to work. The company has a lot of growth on the horizon, and there is a lot going on. Lots of new projects and business coming our way.

Cons

There are a lot of meetings, so it would be great if people could cut them by half.
