      Pros

      I don't see any (apart from an opportunity to work remotely but that just means more work here with no work life balance)

      Cons

      The worst leadership I have seen in my career. A lot of forward selling then making the team scramble to deliver. The product is so basic you cannot have customers configure it themselves. The CEO is incredibly rude and disrespectful. Sorry you cannot run a company with this attitude.

      Pros

      Deeply mission-driven and it shows through in every decision, response and initiative. As a company that is working to empower people in their jobs and careers, the culture at BigSpring is well-set-up to empower every employee to be heard, to contribute and make a meaningful difference - all while the company grows at high speed.

      Cons

      Like any startup that's looking to do something that hasn't been done before, there's no manual or handbook. Best suited for the self-driven go-getter sorts and people willing to create paths and processes.

      Opportunity to work with some bright peers.

      Cons

      Leadership has extremely high expectations but provides no direction and is not open to feedback. Virtually no work-life balance. You are expected to be available at all times. Product is weakly differentiated in a highly saturated market.
