- Project management is not very strong within the organisation. Significant time is spent discussing project allocations, while budgets are not always managed effectively. Internal systems and processes lag behind other consultancies, and training for junior and mid-level staff is limited. -The proposal process is often disorganised and creates unnecessary pressure for delivery teams. Even after winning work, considerable time is spent redefining vague scopes of work with clients, leading to inefficiencies and avoidable rework. - There are significant leadership/management issues within parts of the senior team that have contributed to high staff turnover. Unrealistic estimates for support requirements, poor communication, dismissive behaviour, and a lack of respect for staff & inputs.
