      Great benefits overshadowed by poor leadership accountability

      Excellent benefits, great healthcare, good PTO, many great people

      Cons

      Upper management is blind to the competency and behaviors of leadership. Managers with multiple complaints of sexism, unprofessional behavior and incompetence rarely face accountability. HR is not what you expect from an HR department. Everyone knows not to ever go to HR for help or to report what is happening because the bad leaders are always protected. A few years ago, it was a great place to work. Now I would recommend staying far away.
