      Terrible company. Stay away.

      Pros

      Most of the people who work there are friendly. Getting some experience in the TV industry is a plus.

      Cons

      Nearly everything else. The pay, the way they always changed things every two weeks, the lack of communication and their lack of care for their employees. Just a bad experience in general.

      Pros

      Lots of fun and cool people in the office, international team working environment. Get opportunities to move up and learn management experience.

      Cons

      The management systems is very chaotic, also the quality of shows is generally not good . Salary is very low. People left the company very easily.

      You are able to work with some very creative and adventurous people.

      Cons

      Slow working environment. At least speaking from my experience I wasn't given much responsibility besides clerical work even though I constantly asked for more.
