Very bad company to work with, which spoils your mental peace and health. The projects which they do are scrap projects. they just want money from clients. They claim that they are cmm 5 but in fact they are cmm3. They put lot of pressure on employees.. ask them to streach every day.. and call on week ends.. if we are not coming we get calls repeadily.. every week they tell there is a release to presurrize the employee. if something goes wrong its a blame on employee.. No comp off.. even for taking a leave we need to hear a lot from managers.. no support for employee from managem ment. no use of complaining to HR. Have sploiled my 3 years working in this wosrt compny

Too long work hours.No motivation.Incapable management and managers. You will be made to work like donkeys with no reward or recognition.There is no Job Security. It is really a hire and fire company although it claims that it has not laid off a single person during recession. It will terminate the person just quoting non-performance although he is a good performer. Lot of dirty politics. If you are very good to project managers and butter them up then only you can survive here in this company and get recognition. Poor pay hike and appraisal process is very bad and not transparent. Company can throw you out at any time. If you toe the lines project manager and say 'Yes" to them then only you are performer else you are non-performer.You are always under HR scanner.No recognition for hard work. No vision in the leadership.
