-Friendly and enthusiastic colleagues who seem to love what they do. -Hard working Senior Management Team -Flexible working hours and flexible work place
Cons
-Some country representatives can improve their leadership and people Management skills. I was quite disappointed by how my country representative was handling things. -Some dutch colleagues (male) do not react well when local staff from developing countries disagree their ideas because they are not used to it. They only seem to expect only a 'Yes' from local staff . It's an opportunity loss for the organization.
