      Pros

      good benefits even though they have been slashed lately small team, "family" athmosphere great view from the office even though a bit out of the way

      Cons

      favoritism, rules only apply to some, a too fast employee turnaround, management gets sidetracked with facebook/skype, disrespect towards certain employees, compensation not according to qualification and work load, gossipping, promises for change not kept, projects get stalled because management cannot and does not want to make a decision, advancement not possible

      Some good colleagues, good brand but going wrong direction fast due to top management.

      Cons

      Top management were introducing very had behaviour and wrong decisions, didn't want to involve or listen to advises, so everybody just lost motivation completely. The top management had very bad work ethics - if any at all - running away from any agreement or contracts, whether with employees, suppliers or customers. I have never seen anything like this before and it was like being part of a very bad horror movie and just wanted to get away.

      Management is horrendous and employees are taken advantage of and disregarded. Bonuses are withheld and Bodum will say anything to not pay them out. The overall business practices are shady and there is zero authenticity or transparency on finances or product manufacturing, so much so that they try to hide sourcing from customers. Lastly, product quality has become extremely poor and after uncovering all I have, I absolutely cannot recommend any Bodum products to consumers.
