Pros
Some good colleagues, good brand but going wrong direction fast due to top management.
Cons
Top management were introducing very had behaviour and wrong decisions, didn't want to involve or listen to advises, so everybody just lost motivation completely. The top management had very bad work ethics - if any at all - running away from any agreement or contracts, whether with employees, suppliers or customers. I have never seen anything like this before and it was like being part of a very bad horror movie and just wanted to get away.
