      Terrible place to work.

      Pros

      Nothing, except maybe seeing a cool dyno every day.

      Cons

      Literally everything. The owner is the worst possible person to work for. So arrogant and ignorant. He treats his employees like slaves, including his wife. Kris doesn't want the company to go anywhere and that's why it will fail.

      Co-Workers were great and always supportive.

      Cons

      Management style is relentless with little to no employee input. Products are not thoroughly researched and do not provide benefits in most cases. 5 days of paid vacation for the first three years. No raise over two year period.
