Pros

There is nothing great after accolite acquired Bounteous. I know you all say its merger, but its basically accolite policies swallowing Bounteous ones.

Cons

Recently accolite digital acquired Bounteous. They call it is merger, but most Bounteous people know it is actually acquisition by a low standard India company called accolite. Now all Bounteous policies are being transformed to accolite ones. This year they made people wait for 4 months for the appraisals and we know what we are going to get. I feel so sorry for the Bounteous management that they could not take own decision when they performed well last fin year. Now taking the burden of accolites low performing business losses into Bounteous heads and entire Bounteous is suffering due to this. They have laid off people from US team also. So who ever is planning to join this company assuming this is Bounteous standards, guys beware, else you will cry in future.

Pros

Good vision from.NA team, not properly being undertood by immature indian leadership team

Cons

I feel like worked in a pathetic immature professional environment. I worked with this Architect Thej from AEM Principle Architect practice who harrases me in micro managing me and my tasks, he would come and ask me to show my official chats and emails that i have sent across, He has asked my pay to tease me that i am getting for nothing,

Pros

Great for Starters: If you're fresh out of college, you'll learn a lot, likely because you'll end up doing a bit of everything. Work From Home: They're pretty flexible with WFH. There are some options for permanent WFH as well Beyond your Break: The company hires people with a career break. This is a great way to rejuvenate your career Decent Pay: The salary keeps up with what other similar companies are paying.

Cons

Role Confusion & Long Hours: Your exact job can be unclear, meaning you're often scrambling to fix urgent problems (fire-fighting mode!), which usually means working late. Messy Processes: There isn't a set way of doing things; tasks are often handled on the fly as they come up, which can be chaotic. Martech Focus: It's heavily focused on marketing tech projects, so if you're looking for deep engineering work, options might be limited. Since the Accolite Merger: Less Openness & Job Insecurity: There has been a noticeable decrease in transparency regarding company decisions and direction. Furthermore, the company appears to have adopted a "hire and fire" approach, bringing people on or letting them go based on immediate, short-term needs rather than long-term strategy or employee development. This fosters job insecurity People Feel Less Valued & Layoffs: The company culture have shifted away from being people-centric. Employee well-being and stability appear less prioritized, evidenced by the increased frequency of layoffs. This change has negatively impacted morale and trust within the organization
