If you can just listen to owners and work accordingly without using your own brain, you will get good salary irrespective of your education and capabilities.

I don't know where to begin. You become a complete slave. As per them 14 hours of working is compulsory. You can't use your brain. Just do as they say. They will give u childish task irrespective of your education, designation. Management will ask you to watch senseless videos, will send you to outlet visit even if it is not your KRA. They will suck life out of you, in every meeting they will remind you that you are worth far less than what they are paying you. Manager will call you at 9,10 PM. They might schedule meet at 12 in midnight for senseless discussion. If you use your own brain, bless you dear. You will be resigning within 3 months. They are using blue collar employees like slaves, and white collar employees like graduate slaves. If you ask for leave, the manager will tell you same sheet of being in startup. They will give you carrot of variable component in salary which will never be paid.

Cons

They write fake reviews in bulk so that people join their company but they are not getting enough people to join them and current employees are leaving hence the work pressure has increased on the people left behind with them. They are not allowing the remaining ones to leave as well. Too much politics and no work ethics here. please do not fall in this trap and go find some good company with a better work culture. We are suffering here with mental health problems.

1) I have been working there for more than a year. I was hired as a Business Analyst but in a year I have worked in multiple teams and learned from Data Handling to People Growth. 2) Here you have the freedom to work with that team where you fit best. 3) One of the best things I liked about the company is, all the Seniors are very friendly and they are always there to guide you. 4) If you want to grow faster and wanted to learn multiple things then this is the right place for you.

Cons

1) Since the company is growing so there is a lot of work to do so you have to put more effort/hours into the work. Work-life balance is somewhat hard to achieve. Other than that I never come across any other cons.
