Many Cons instead of pros

Pros

The owner is a good guy to work with. The co-working space that they had booked has a lot of extra facilities.

Cons

Team Politics, Always under the microscope. Fire and hire is the main mantra. None of the seniors guide you on how to improve performance. The owner listens to only a handful of his senior employees for firing any particular employee. The company forgets your hard work quite easily. Discussing each other salaries is taboo.

They are very transparent with all the actions in the company. In the hard times of COVID too, they think about the employees first. employee-centric, good culture, friendly It is a good place to work and learn to grow yourself fast. COO and CEO are very cooperative.

->Interview is good ->Learning new things may come by fate

->Manager is ill tempered and they dont discuss about job description they will terminate people illegally ->They can't discuss rules properly regarding review and finally they will ask what kind of rules you are meeting in Job description ->Manager is just a flame thrower dragon he just shouts on people other than that .the company doesn't have proper procedural way . ->Biased Company .(Only people are entertained from their own regions) ->Very less Corporate ethics
