Where do I even start? Work-life balance? Doesn’t exist. A 14-15 hour day is considered "normal" here, and 20-hour shifts aren’t unheard of. You’ll be drowning in work, and when you think you can finally take a breath, there’s always another urgent task waiting. And don’t even think about taking a leave—because apparently, needing rest or having a personal life is unacceptable. The micromanagement is unbearable. Managers hover over everything, escalate the most trivial things, and create a constant environment of fear and stress. And for what? Nothing you do is ever enough, and even if you somehow manage to meet their impossible expectations, job security is a joke. One moment, you're breaking your back to keep up, and the next, you're kicked out in an hour—no warning, no salary, just gone. They don’t care about your hard work. You’re just a cog in their machine, easily replaced when they’ve drained you dry. And the worst part? The late-night work culture. Managers push you to work until ridiculous hours, night after night, as if that’s just how things are supposed to be. No regard for health, no basic decency. This isn’t a job—it’s a nightmare.
