Pros

The US team is awesome and their work environment and culture are awesome, unless you have bad luck and you end up being a part of a toxic Indian team.

Cons

Indian management is the worst, they micromanage everything, and always play political games to take ownership and all, being a part of the company management should focus primarily on building a good and healthy environment to learn and grow together but here it seems like they are for their own benefits. They made the environment so toxic that It's not that Brightly that was sometimes 2 years ago, Dude solution was the Ideal one!

Pros

Buiding îs really very beautiful.

Cons

Not Recommended - No Culture - No work life balance - Micromanagement by Product Manager Raa-mya and others Engineer Directors. She is very bad, rude and she treats employees like S-L-A-V-E. Force us to do late night work and no extra compensation for that. We are in 21st century but these type of selfish leaders still make you feel that it is 18th century and expect us to work like donkeys for the foreigners. Because of these kind of people we INDIANS are treated badly by them and have no respect. Employees are not saying it does not mean they are happy with the work culture. This lady has very less knowledge, very bad accent (seems like a joker sometimes) and think that by doing micromanagement she will make it to the top. The company says that the working hours is 8 to 9 hours but they force us to do more than 12 -14 hours. I don't recommend to join anyone.

Pros

1. No complex work, so even if you are mediocre, you can survive easily. 2. Compensation depends what existing offers you hold. 3. Two months notice period. 4. Good location, near to metro station.

Cons

1. Nobody cares about your personal growth. No learning culture. Managers don't try to skill up the team members. They don't even give time for this. 2. Three days mandatory working from office. 3. First they asked to stay at-least 6 hrs in office, but if you leave early, manager will say - "Half day today?" They are expecting you to complete 9hrs in office, three times a week. 4. No parties, no trips. 5. Every two months when higher management comes to India, they will schedule a town-hall. They will schedule it a far away remote place, most boring team building activities, and worse food. 6. No career growth. No one-on-ones with manager. 7. No culture 8. Nobody cares what garbage code you write. Code reviews are not thorough. Bad unit test cases being written. 9. No meetings Friday is a huge lie. 10. HR's won't consider the candidates you refer. Better to apply directly. 11. No cab service, no free food.
