Pros
1. No complex work, so even if you are mediocre, you can survive easily. 2. Compensation depends what existing offers you hold. 3. Two months notice period. 4. Good location, near to metro station.
Cons
1. Nobody cares about your personal growth. No learning culture. Managers don't try to skill up the team members. They don't even give time for this. 2. Three days mandatory working from office. 3. First they asked to stay at-least 6 hrs in office, but if you leave early, manager will say - "Half day today?" They are expecting you to complete 9hrs in office, three times a week. 4. No parties, no trips. 5. Every two months when higher management comes to India, they will schedule a town-hall. They will schedule it a far away remote place, most boring team building activities, and worse food. 6. No career growth. No one-on-ones with manager. 7. No culture 8. Nobody cares what garbage code you write. Code reviews are not thorough. Bad unit test cases being written. 9. No meetings Friday is a huge lie. 10. HR's won't consider the candidates you refer. Better to apply directly. 11. No cab service, no free food.
