      Worst company ever...not safe for girls

      none available because of the our leadership especially the head

      Cons

      1) HR policies are made to make empoyees suffer 2) Management is suppose to help employees and not scare empoyees 3) Emotional Harrasment is the key culture here, irrespective of gender 4) I am glad I am a guy, I don’t know how Brose India girls are coping with the loose talks and double meaning jokes

      Brose India corona quarantine no WFH in IT Department

      Brose as global company is very good

      1. During corona pandemics if employee traveled outside pune once came back and asked for WFH during quarantine days in IT department it was denided and asked to apply for leaves, many employees faced this issue in 2020. 2. Brose India quarantine guidelines were there but in IT Department these guidelines were not followed and employees forced by IT FH to take leaves 3. When whole was fighting with corona pandemics but only Brose India IT department Employees faced lot of stress due to this type of tourche 4. No humanity was showed by IT FH to his employees, this was very disgusting

      1.Good Work life balance 2.Good exposure to work with counterparts.

      Cons

      1.Worst Management, Managers do nothing 2.Less Salary and perks as per market standards 3.Less professionalism (in Electronics department) 4.Less growth(technically and personally) 5.Worst HR team and Policies 6.Offer letter is released on gross salary. 7. Hires fresher's as interns for very less salary with 2 years of bond.
