Pros

1. good policies engraved on the books and are followed to certain extent too 2. Work force is very limited, may be it depends on place to place (less politics) 3. 5 days job which is very much acceptable 4. Company understands personal issues and support too in personal situations 5. Have competitive variety of brands to be proud of, with and authentic story 6. good number of total leaves in a year are given to employees 7. Lot of formats to track everything 8. nice office to work at with an acceptable average culture 9. company works on a long term strategy 10. Sales conventions happens twice a year which makes people from different parts of the world to meet and interact with each other 11. performance review happens twice a year which gives employee an opportunity to improve / enhance himself/herself 12. good reward system known as "Spirit of Excellence Award" 13. There is an anonymous helpline numbers where grievances can be shared / reported (grievance policies are good)

1. Average Salary 2. Very Less Budgets to stay competitive in the market 3. Very less opportunities for promotion 4. manager are partial, think about themselves first (depends on place to place) 5. Very Less marketing Innovations 6. Deadlines are very rarely followed 7. working culture in my country is not very good 8. Managers do not open themselves, rather keep their team mates in dark light. 9. managers take decisions on their own and force the targets in their team without any discussions 10. People go on a leave for 1 month (which i have never seen in any company) and especially leadership team 11. Sales & Marketing is not one department (it should be one team) 12. International transfers of employees does not even exist 13. lot of struggle is there to uplift the brand in the market and maintain consistency of depletion in sales 14. lot of things are outsourced (which is not good at all) 15. delay a lot in making payments for clienteles / customers 16. Area of opportunities are very less 17. company makes a plan not to grow employees but makes plans on how to keep employees for a longer time 18. too many forms and formats but very less followed properly 19. reviews are not done properly 20. Brown Forman behaviors are not followed properly especially by Leadership team at regional levels 21. not investing good in emerging economy 22. inductions and orientations are not happening properly, people are working for years without that 23. Managers (especially leaders) do not care about the time of employee in office. very often a lot of time is wasted without doing anything fruitful 24. cost saving policies are not appropriate 25. grievances are not taken positively if leaders come to know that their team members have reported something.
