      Pros

      Builders has been a great place to grow my career. Management is competent and provides clear direction while still allowing autonomy to get work done. The CEO is welcoming, approachable, and genuinely likable, which sets the tone for the organization. The culture feels budding and earnest, with a real effort to build something meaningful and collaborative. People are warm and friendly, and the business as a whole is family-friendly and inclusive.

      Cons

      As the culture continues to develop, some processes and programs still need to mature—especially around daily operating systems and the tech stack. Overall, though, this is probably the fewest red flags I’ve seen with any employer so far.

      The company genuinely cares about its customers and employees . They prioritize both customer satisfaction and employee well-being creating a balanced and positive workplace. Employee appreciation, Engagement initiatives, Fair compensation, Positive work culture. The CEO-President, CCO, VP and Director of Claims are leaders who are committed to making a difference!!

      Cons

      As the company grows and evolve there may be some challenges and adjustments that comes with changes, However, the positive aspects of working at Builders-like the supportive environment, leadership commitment, and focus on employee engagement -strongly outweigh any negatives.
