You can imagine in what company you are where a guy joins in morning and says good bye in evening. No respect for people , known for doing unethical pratices ,no processess and policies and above all no character of leadership are the top most qualities of india operations . A highly frustated and stuck up work force in india. Welcome to busch india

The way it is getting operated in India it has no pros.

Cons

Unprofessional and poor management. No security of job. Highly unethical. It may happen that one fine day you go to attend the office and you are terminated by giving stupid reasons. Not safe for females. There is no sexual harassment committee which should be there as per the law. No recognition to performers. Too much of favouritism and politics. People are used and thrown out. No respect for an individual.

Salary cut every month by giving vague reasons and if you question them then get ready to pack your bags. poor senior management only politics Hire and Fire policy - will not confirm you after probation citing poor performance even you work day and night Don't join if you have some self respect
