“The management” proves to solely be the so-called CEO, that in reality is just a boss. Even though he could ask for specialized opinions and act with kindness if times are tough, he chooses to lie to both the customers, the investors and the employees. Investors had to reach out to employees directly in order to find out information about the CEO, because he didn’t respond to emails for months. Customers are reaching out to employees to ask for invoices. Oftentimes the customers don’t know when someone wants to resign or what is their end date (the CEO procastinates when having to pass this information) and the immediate consequence is that you are asked to stay few more days or weeks, to not talk about these details with anyone, and they basically make you feel super guilty if you can’t do so.
People are manipulated to accept two or more projects if they want a raise and afterwards, they are paid half of the amount in cash, in an envelope (not fishy at all, right?). It is a toxic environment and i see no reason why anyone would like to join the company as it is today. Taking into consideration the abuse and the side effects one could have by accepting an offer here, few months of unemployment sound way better
