Pros

In the past i would have said “the people” but now all the good parts become insignificant compared to the lies and bad treatment from the CEO to all the employees

Cons

“The management” proves to solely be the so-called CEO, that in reality is just a boss. Even though he could ask for specialized opinions and act with kindness if times are tough, he chooses to lie to both the customers, the investors and the employees. Investors had to reach out to employees directly in order to find out information about the CEO, because he didn’t respond to emails for months. Customers are reaching out to employees to ask for invoices. Oftentimes the customers don’t know when someone wants to resign or what is their end date (the CEO procastinates when having to pass this information) and the immediate consequence is that you are asked to stay few more days or weeks, to not talk about these details with anyone, and they basically make you feel super guilty if you can’t do so. People are manipulated to accept two or more projects if they want a raise and afterwards, they are paid half of the amount in cash, in an envelope (not fishy at all, right?). It is a toxic environment and i see no reason why anyone would like to join the company as it is today. Taking into consideration the abuse and the side effects one could have by accepting an offer here, few months of unemployment sound way better

Thank you for sharing this feedback. We appreciate your honesty and the time you took to share your experience. If you haven’t already done so in an exit interview, it would be great if you could leave a message for the HR department. Have a great day!

Pros

Exposure to demanding clients. Unpaid salaries

Cons

This is an abusive and exploitative work environment where shouting, intimidation, and constant monitoring are part of daily life. On projects, employees are regularly yelled at by both management and clients. Micromanagement is extreme, trust is nonexistent, and psychological pressure is constant. Salaries are not paid on time, repeatedly. This is treated as normal by leadership, despite the serious personal and financial problems it causes employees. There is no accountability, no transparency, and no empathy. When salaries are delayed, employees are told it is "the client’s fault" even though the company continues to profit significantly from their work. Clients are known to be difficult, toxic, and abusive. The CEO is fully aware of this and deliberately turns a blind eye. Instead of protecting employees, management expects you to endlessly satisfy clients through unpaid overtime. You are required to tolerate insults, humiliation, and verbal abuse from both clients and internal management. During the interview process, candidates are promised stability, support, and a healthy work environment. These promises are false. In reality, employees are misrepresented to clients as senior professionals even when they are clearly junior, creating impossible expectations and setting them up for failure. The company charges clients senior-level rates while shifting all pressure, blame, and risk onto employees. There is no support from management on projects. On the contrary, employees are blamed for everything, regardless of workload, scope, or context. Team leaders do not lead, they exist to please the CEO and protect themselves, creating a culture of fear, favoritism, and silence. Speaking up only makes you a target. HR does not act as a neutral or protective function. Instead, HR actively sides with upper management in conflicts, arguing against employees rather than addressing abuse or misconduct. This company normalizes financial instability, psychological abuse, deception, and exploitation. Employees are treated as disposable resources, valued only as long as they comply and stay silent.
