The staff from every department I've worked with has been very intelligent, professional but fun. C3 is the company that knows how to throw a party and it shows in the agency culture. I've been treated as an equal player within my team and they've thrown fairly large projects my way that have been great learning experiences.

Cons

They do not pay their interns, which is a shame because they're such a successful company. That said, they don't try to overwork you and respect your school schedule since they know you aren't getting paid.
