Pros
Great, laid back environment. Staff is encouraged to participate in all aspects organization and rewarded for hard work. Pay is higher than a typical non-profit organization.
Cons
The management can be disorganized and unprofessional at times. In turn, the community doesn't hold the respect for the organization that it deservers.

You get to meet a group of great people and make many connections and it's a fun filled environment.
Cons
Management changes every couple of years and that vision includes you or it doesn't. Either they like your Ideas or they don't. Didn't appreciate years of institutional knowledge.
