      Commercial real estate is a niche market, so gaining exposure there could be valuable

      Management and Work Culture: This is a pressure cooker. Manager expects 5 days worth of work in a day, so expect to spend 14 hour days almost every day There is little to no training, but they expect high productivity as soon as you start Zero appreciation for effort Manager doesn’t hesitate to throw you under the bus at her first opportunity. Although she will be first in line to take all the credit Salesforce Tech Team: The Salesforce team is quite incompetent. Imagine writing multiple triggers per object, non-bulkified code, poor design/architecture throughout Little to no innovation - Repetitive work. They replicate the same code over and over and over for different clients claiming that it is essential for customization. There are rarely any new features added because the clients themselves barely use these apps. They are simply used to claim that they have customizable software during lease negotiations. So don’t expect to learn much here - tech wise and business wise. If you hear from ‘Transaction Management Hub’ based in New York, run away. You will hate every day working with that team. There are much better companies out there that pay better, treat you better, offer you better growth and advance your skill set.

      Good company for office staff, cost team, real estate team

      Cons

      1. No work life balance 2. No recognition of site staff 3. Appraisal policy is not as they told like whether you get 3 ranking out of 4, it's not warranted that you will get appraised off by company 4. You are not authorize to take any decision required at site 5. If you perform well and recognized by client your effort will not get recognized by company but if you violate a single rule to maintain customer relationship, your name will be put in such a list that you will never get appraised by company. 6. Compliance report made by those people who are not proactive

      1. On time salary 2. Superb online employee platform for intra-department and HR communications 3. Excellent MIS platform (regular R&Ds happen for improvement) 4. Monthly/ Quarterly employee performance appreciation (certificate and memento). I have been awarded best CRM in Eastern region in 2019.

      Cons

      1. I have been given half an hour by HR to choose either for Leave Without Pay or to quit company as per employment policy, during starting of lockdown in 2020. 2. Purely report and documentation based company. It is difficult to concentrate on project quality and timeline for employees, as the management is more concerned to receive complete MIS on time. 3. Weekly reports are so complicated/ contradictory/ confusing that, considerable number of clarifications cannot be given even by the creator of the 'Report'. 4. Management hierarchies are there to question you and criticize your effort, hardly any solutions are expected from them.

      Nothing in particular. I really wish there was and I dont want to be biased, but there really isnt.

      Cons

      The company fired multiple employees during 2020 (COVID-19) pandemic and did not compensate them for that (I wasnt fired, but I did observe) Salary increments and Bonus - Hasnt paid us since 2019. So thats 2 years of no appraisal or bonus. All in the name of "cash flow".What about profits from there previous year? Well, thats reserved for the upper management only. A VERY top heavy organisation which is not professionally managed. I have seen people get so frustated working long hours that they just abscond the company, leaving their laptops as well - because at that point you can only see that options as the best option. No additional benefits. Very negative culture which has led to my friend suffering from depression. The management will tell you your working hours are from 9.30-6.30 pm, but thats not true, I personally have worked on multiple instances till 1-2 am at night. Also, many people have left the organisation in 2020, and they dont care. Why? Because they can always hire from college - young and naive students just looking to get employeed and the getting mentally and physically slaughtered in this organisation. Honestly, I would rather stay un-employed during COVID-19 pandemic then be associated with this company. Oh and Did I mention the insane politics? Yeah...there IS politics and favouritism as well.

      Work life balance is non existent Leave policy Lower pay No dignity to employees Strictly hierarchical Culture of passing the blame while actively seeking credit Management can go to any extent to ruin your holiday Seniors main job is to forward mails Admin is extremely unorganised, admin work easily takes up 40% of the workday Upper management doesn't care to communicate with employees, there have been instances where the manager won't even speak to you for months on end, but would be present for your review

      Other verticals like leasing are better which is there primate job

      Regarding consulting & valuation vertical:- This is not a consulting job but rather a survey job where u most of the time goes to talk to brokers and hoodwink them to get information There is no research team in employ or database to get primary information Learning is non existent even after 2 years it will be a surprise if u learn something except for how to make PPT better Even the data u are able to find is changed to get valuation according to client Most of the time only need to add nos to model Actual modelling part is very less Pay structure is pathetic Upper management has unrealistic demands regarding gathering the information Feels like they are BCG or McKinsey but they are very far from it, more of it is show
