Can’t speak for admin/corporate but most (if not all) management at the shop level is weak, unqualified, incompetent and morally bankrupt. Employees have been hired as “job title a” but on the record they’re secretly listed as “job title b” -the latter having significant restrictions regarding pay raises, benefits, etc. They’ve also offered pay increases to individuals as incentive to switch to an opposite shift, only after a drastic shift change the employee never receives said pay increase. All promotion opportunities are reserved for the favorites so don’t bother. Merit and seniority mean nothing there. Training is a joke, and of course there’s a revolving door.

60-70 hour work weeks, no family life, no gratitude, and very low pay.. They Talk team, but corporate doesn't uphold their own values.
