Pros

When job security is 0 (zero) so what would be the pros. Is it a good thing ? if they are giving salary on time and snacks in office. Personally I don't think so. 1. Stability - 10% 2. Good Projects in pipeline - No project 3. Employee Respect - is nothing here. 4. Worst sales team (Everyone is trying to save own JOB HERE, This is reality if CIGNEX Datamatics)

Cons

Firing is habit of Cignex Datamatics. They do this thing in a very dramatic way. Just setup a meeting with Recruitment team and said please Deposit/Drop the Laptop Today Only. (Yes, they give 2 months salary) but no self respect of employee. After that HR will never give you explanation. Or even you will try to contact NO answer from that side. I have PROOF. Whatsaap - this also a JOKE. HR is busy in watching movies, Celebrating Pet's b'day, Most of the time, she is travelling than how can she know that what's going in office. She is not bothered about the Technical Person. What is the ROLE of HR here ? @HR, When sales person are taking decision of firing than WHY ARE YOU THERE ? Almost half of the employee left Cignex or they got fired. I want to ask to HR after or on firing, Have you try to speak to your employee? Bangalore office strength reduced to half. Second Time, They failed in Noida. No Stability, They are doing completely out sourcing. 3 months here , 3 months there. If you have family, Please DO NOT JOIN CIGNEX. (Everyone is trying to save own JOB HERE, This is reality if CIGNEX Datamatics)

Pros

Now nothing as pros. The company has 8-9 members team of HR and Recruiter. If you go to last 7-8 review they look like fake review and put it by 7-8 person which they accepted as a helpful review. Completely fake, No Job Security. Company HR head introduces 6-week bench policy. You will fire if you are bench for 6 weeks. They don't have many clients now. We get the same call from the Naukri.com and Resource team for the interview. Not a company of outside Ahmedabad. Pros: Salary on time

Cons

They have more managers than developers. Firing is easy but SOON people Start not believe in CIGNEX. They do racism in firing as well. Gurajatis are safe here.

Hi, Thanks for your time and feedback. Happy to see that you were with us for 5 years without us having any Pros. Really appreciate. Even negative comments have 8 and in few 10 helpful clicks, as per your logic, even that would have been done by HR. Its is important to use these platforms to raise concern and find solution but if intentions are different ,nobody will ever be able to help. We dont have 8 people in HR but even then, as per your analysis, if HR TMs are supporting all the positive feedback, isnt that fine? I am sure you must be aware that CD got certified as Great Place to work and trust them, if not us, that HR or any internal team cant modify the inputs. So if on the basis of 300 survey inputs(by our employees) we can get certified, i am sure we can manage to get atleast 10-15 positive reveiws in an year. You should not be questioning those few. Yes, like all other companies, we too have release policy and there has to be one. Firing is not what we use in our policy. There is difference between firing and release. The days we sign our offer letter we agree that if required company can give you 2 months notice and salary and release, same as one resigns, serves NP and leaves the company. Not even a single case exists where we have not considered our employees, infact in many we have considered extension wrt to NP as well as salary so that they dont face any problem. Not many companies do that. Can you name 1 employee who was fired or ill treated? Your comment is very general and all wrong wrt to data. Requirement, allocation, release, team formation is all project based. would request you not to unnecessarily tag racism. We are all mature people, lets review what we are writing. We do believe in our technical teams and that's why we still have practice system running. Internal trainings organized by PHs and other members show that how empowered and critical they are. We have experts and we respect them. We do internal training and there is no impact on cost. Lets understand that there is a difference between cost cutting and right sizing/utilization. As far as HR team and managers are concerned , this can only be decided by management not by people like us who are not even aware what is the head count and team formation(managers more that developers) I feel you missed on external training, there are certifications, seminars and external training organized and at the same time we believe very strongly in our internal training experts so our focus definitely is on internal training. When we want change and find a reasonable solution, we write and talk at the right time. Hope you will consider it this time. It is always better to discuss and find solutions when you are around than to simply write something which is not even true after you leave the organization. Pros

Nothing good now.. Flexible Hours - Not now.. Snacks - Providing you road side Namkeen and Tiger Biscuits - Is it a Pros ? Leave - 10 + 15 work From Home - Changed to Work From Client Location and They treat you like Slave. A Good Thing here - Company has more Manager than Developers...

Cons

1. Bangalore Office is Closed with Huge Firing. 2. Noida Office is Closed with Firing ( This is the 2nd time they failed in Delhi/NCR) 3. One Floor of Ahmadabad office is closed. 4. SORRY They don't Fire They do SURGICAL STRIKE. 5. Tick... Tick... Tick... and 6 week on Bench .. You got Fired. ( This is the new Policy introduced by HR on Verbally basis) 6. Fire Policy is only applicable on Developer rather than Firing Sales Team and a big Managers Team 7. Developer is on bench because your Sales Team is worst. 8. They Hired you on High Salary and Start looking a client on JOB portal and Conduct interview. If You are failed than You got fired.. (Almost 400 people got fired till now) 9. They don't have any new project which is executing from Cignex's office. 10. I don't undersatnd that what are Onsite people doing. 11. Almost One Open Source technology has been vanished from Cignex. Please before Joining this company, Please take Suggestion from Current Employee, Ex Employee and Your friends. Recommend to All developers .. SAY NO TO CIGNEX

Thanks for your time. First of all, thanks for being with us for more than 3 years without finding any PROS, really appreciate your consideration. Flexible hours: We still have flexible hours, that your RM can decide. Completing 8 hours in office and no WFH doesnt mean there is no flexi hour policy. So, your understanding in wrong. Snacks: Yes, providing snacks is for sure a Pros when its unlimited and free for all our employees. And it is ordered from one of the best places. Wish you were here , i would have arranged something for you to verify. As this is so wrong to just write anything for sake of writing without knowing the fact. Slave: Strange. This month we have stopped WFH and you forecasted this in April itself?So, the fact is that when anybody joins the company, the letter clearly says that you have to work for 9 hours from 9 to 6 from your work location. Candidates read that and sign the letter before they join. Is it ok on employee's part that After joining they expect tht they should not come to work, not complete 8 hours( we have made 8 as mandatory) and not follow timings defined by their managers, And, are we really treating our employees like slaves when we give 22 hours of grace period to all, consider all their emergency requests, let them define their working hours by their managers , allow them to define their shift timings, Give regular leaves as well as floaters and my days for their special occasions, free snacks for all, recreational activities , salary on the last working day, appraisal letter a month in advance and development path as selected by them. You really need to think and decide. Really? Can you share the count and name of the organization ? We for sure do not have such formation where managers are more than developers. We should not talk about the data we dont have access to. Bangalore office: It has been shifted to a better place on the request of our employees. I know it may be difficult for you but please verify before you write such things. Noida Office: Noida office is as in but in addition to that we opened Gurgaon office few months back. Definitely before you left and we informed all our employees. Looks like you missed it again. Ahmedabad: Yes, we closed 1 floor as per our expansion plan in other cities and also because we acquired 2 companies in Ahmedabad . So we have more place than just 1 building. Isnt that a feasible move? Did you find any difficulty with your seating arrangement? Or any of your colleague is even now complaining? I am sure no, and i feel that should be your range of concern.
