None. There are zero pros about this place. Everyone is miserable.

Cons

The worst management. Do not work here. The office manager is a nutcase who can’t run a department, which is why turnover is high. Everyone is condescending and the culture is backwards and absolutely terrible.

With respect to the way you felt about people working at CL&D and the condescending communication manner, we certainly do not support that type of environment and work hard on our culture everyday as part of our core values. Majority of CL&D employees, when asked for their opinion through Employee Survey, complement and praise how much they like people working at CL&D, and their various teammates. Our Management Team is highly qualified and educated but always looking for improvement, and continuously going through training and enrichment programs as part of their annual development goals. Pros

Production employees enjoy short work week. Pay is good for not really being challenged and responsible for much. You can leave work at work.

Cons

Daily tasks are not challenging, yet management makes you feel like a hero for solving a problem that should be solved by production or by improving the process. Inter-department communication is essentially non-existent. The culture is "not my job/problem" and finger pointing instead of working towards positive outcomes. They are losing money like crazy, will not stay in business long operating like this. supervisors are useless, removed from good practices since C-Level initiatives are all about metrics that are not going to improve operations.
