Daily tasks are not challenging, yet management makes you feel like a hero for solving a problem that should be solved by production or by improving the process. Inter-department communication is essentially non-existent. The culture is "not my job/problem" and finger pointing instead of working towards positive outcomes. They are losing money like crazy, will not stay in business long operating like this. supervisors are useless, removed from good practices since C-Level initiatives are all about metrics that are not going to improve operations.
