      CNA Is a safe and stable company that pays reasonably well for HR professionals CNA is a true meritocracy in the insureance industry sense of the word. The company rewards people who throw their colleagues under the bus. The way to get ahead at CNA is not to do good work, it is to avoid making nominal mistakes and to make sure to point out the mistakes of others to your superiors so you look good. CNA has very low expectations for its employees. It does not really expect it's people to do anything to improve things. All it wants is for its employees is to avoid making any mistakes and to make sure to report to leadership any time your colleagues make mistakes.

There are at least 3 reviews from 2016 from HR Directors and HR business partners and Talent Acquisition Consultants that are truthful and within Glassdoors terms of service that have been deleted.
