One man running the company (like a school). Highly irrational, egoistic and foul mouthed person. People leave the organization maximum in 6 months. Those who r staying are treated as slaves. Nobody have any say in decision making, not even the managers. No HR also to address your greviences. Have seen people crying, getting into depression and finally leaving without any job.

1) All posts are internally given away. They accept resumes for data and give jobs away for people who are known to them inside or outside the company. 2) The management plays games while giving salary. A person who is known ( not by their work) is given more salary while compared to someone who has worked for more than a year but still not recognized.
