      Pros

      I loved the co-workers I worked with. We really worked as a team when a crisis situation would arise and do the best we could for the client. The management team was amazing and always supportive. I worked at all the CPC locations but I thoroughly enjoyed Aberdeen and Freehold. Its a great place to work!

      Cons

      I had to work one weekend day a week. Thats the only con to it. Besides that I couldn't complain about anything else.

      My department was understaffed & when anything went wrong, I was blamed.

      Pros

      Great benefits . Horizon BCBS, Delta Dental, VSP and company provided Life Insurance . You can really make a difference . Great mission and kind employees . Great place to work if you are a social worker . Provides reimbursement for continuing education . Great place to work if you get along with management . Most employees cared about and supported each other .

      Cons

      Lower pay scale than other related positions . People are treated differently based on if management likes them or not . Policies only matter to certain people and when it benefits management . While I was there, there was a very high turnover rate . No administrative training provided . No support from administrative management . Profits go back to executives instead of going back into the company or to employees .

      Pros

      Many programs offer a lot of opportunity for supervision and growth. Benefits are affordable. Very generous PTO. Family like atmosphere- this agency is growing, but it doesn't feel like a big corporation or anything. Multifaceted experience offered- integrated care for mental health and additions, children, adults and families too. Partnering with several outside agencies, the CPC name is well known and respected. Salary is commensurate with your experience.

      Cons

      It might take some time to adjust to the caseload and multitude of state regulations BUT they ask the same of every employee.
